The Football Association of Rwanda on Friday issued a statement announcing that those wishing to give the award should write to the Minister of Sports explaining the nature of the award.
“In order to improve this process, those who wish to donate in support of the National Team have been asked to write to the Minister of Sports requesting permission, and to provide a copy to FERWAFA,” he said.

“Upon approval, the applicant must have submitted his / her credit to FERWAFA within five working days to be delivered to the intended recipient,” he said.
